How do I order a memory bear, blanket or pillow? "

1. Choose which keepsakes you want! 2. Read the details section of each keepsake and include your personal details in the details box. 3. Now go ahead and order your keepsake. 4. We will then contact you about the timeline of your order, where to ship the materials and the remaining shipping balance. Shipping can be different based on what keepsake you choose and the quantity. 5. When your order is ready to be shipped, we will contact you about the final shipping price. Once this is paid, your order will be shipped! Please make sure you're as detailed as possible in the details section of each order. I want to make sure I do exactly what you want!
What fabrics can you NOT use?

Fabrics we don’t use are fur, leather, thick fabrics, stiff denim, silky and some sweater. You can always send me a picture if you are unsure!
How long does each keepsake typically take?

For a blanket, this will depend on size but typically it will take 4 - 6 weeks. For a bear, the same goes for a bear, typically 4 - 6 weeks. A pillow will take about 1 week.
If I need an item by a certain date, is there an extra fee? "

Yes, if you would like a quicker turn around time for your keepsake, there will be a rush fee. Please ask us if we're able to provide this service before you pay.
Can I buy this as a gift?

Yes! Please contact us with more details and we can send a box to the customer for them to ship back to us.
